“Successes come in small packages, and they are what feed our spirits as we teach… This is my third year using the Digi-Block materials and my enthusiasm continues to grow each year.”
Carol Hamilton,

I believe that with Digi-Block, all students can learn very abstract mathematical concepts through modeling and the manipulation of the Blocks. Before the Digi-Block program, there were some students who did not have a clear, developed understanding of the size of hundredths and thousandths as it related to a whole. Now students can clearly see this and develop their own understanding of place value.

Sixth Grade Mathematics Teacher Kingsview Middle School, Olney, Maryland

“If I had to keep only one math manipulative in my class, it would be Digi-Block. I’ve seen major breakthroughs in my students’ understanding of mathematical concepts. The same students who said they didn’t like math at the beginning of the year, now exclaim that ‘math is so much fun!’ I’ve even noticed that the girls in my class particularly enjoy Digi-Block – it’s the first thing that has brought them into the math corner.”

Junior Kindergarten Teacher Meadowbrook School, Weston, Massachusetts

“Math is different. To ‘get it,’ you must see it. The best way to see the math is to discover it, play with it, and imagine it.”
